Monday Manna w/ Pastor Batiste - “Speak Lord”

As we reflect on Sunday, we are reminded that God is still speaking, even in seasons that feel dry and unclear. The challenge is not always that God is silent. Sometimes it is that we have not learned how to recognize His voice.

Samuel heard God calling, but he did not recognize it as God's voice at first. That lets me know that hearing is one thing, but discerning is another. And the more we walk with God, the more we learn His voice.

So as you move through this week, slow down, listen, and stay sensitive. God may not always speak loudly, but He will speak clearly to a heart that is willing to hear and obey.

“God is still speaking. The question is, are we listening?”

Reflection Question: Have you been so distracted that you haven't recognized the voice of God in this season?

Prayer:

Lord, help me to recognize Your voice above all others. Quiet my heart, sharpen my discernment, and give me the courage to respond when You speak. Amen.
