Monday Manna w/ Pastor Batiste - “You’ve Stayed Here Long Enough”
While we think about Sunday’s message, I’m reminded that not every place God blesses us in is a place He intends for us to stay. Some seasons were meant to develop us, not define us.
Israel was at a good place, a meaningful place, even a necessary place. But God still said, “You’ve stayed here long enough.” That means a place can be good and still not be where God wants you to remain.
And if we’re honest, some of us have been sitting at mountains God already told us to move from. Not because we’re doing wrong, but because we’re too comfortable, too familiar, or too hesitant to take the next step.
But when God speaks, the response is simple: MOVE.
“What once helped you can hinder you if you stay there too long.”
Reflection Question
What place, mindset, or season has God already told you to move on from?
Prayer
Lord, give me the courage to move when You speak. Help me not to get stuck in what was, and trust You enough to step into what’s next. Amen.
